We build our pieces to endure. Every product from Lumay Labs is backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers faults in product material and construction that occur under normal use. Normal use means wearing and removing the piece by hand with reasonable care. It does not include force, impact, snagging, pulling, or exposure to conditions listed in the Product Care section below.

A manufacturing defect includes instances such as:

• A clasp that fails under normal use
• A chain that snaps under normal use
• A stone that is missing or has fallen out from its original setting under normal use

To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Please contact our support team with your original receipt or a relevant bank statement along with clear images of the issue. Lumay Labs reserves the right to request the return of the product for inspection before processing any warranty claim.

Limitations and Exclusions

Our commitment is to quality craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover issues arising from factors outside of the manufacturing process. The following are explicitly excluded:

• Lost or stolen items
• General wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or tarnishing that occurs over time
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or improper care
• Failure to follow the Product Care guidelines outlined below
• Any modification performed by a third party outside of Lumay Labs

Product Care and Preservation

The longevity of your piece depends on its care. Exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments can permanently alter its appearance. To preserve the integrity of your product and maintain your warranty coverage, avoid contact with the following:

• Perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cosmetics
• Household cleaning products, including bleach and ammonia-based cleaners
• Prolonged exposure to sweat and moisture
• Liquid silver polish
• Pools, hot tubs, spas, and showers
• Salt water and other harsh environments

Failure to follow these care guidelines constitutes improper care and voids this warranty.
